Services
Shop :
Comfortable and pleasant, a shop covering almost 500m2 offers products related to the park’s theme, plants and Anjou. You will find souvenirs, local crafts, clothes, food, plant-based products and many entertaining objects mainly from local suppliers, in accordance with our eco-responsible approach.
It also allows visitors to discover the specific features and savoir-faire of the local area and discover more about longer stays, visits and excursions in the Anjou region. An information area which forms part of the shop provides real-time information about events in the region.
Facilities for young children:
Baby-changing facilities are available in the park's main toilets (restaurant and entrance). Pushchairs may also be borrowed but you will be asked to leave an identity document as a deposit.
Facilities for disabled visitors:
The park is designed to be fully accessible to mobility-impaired visitors. However, the large distances involved inside the park require that the person is accompanied. All the attractions are accessible to mobility-impaired visitors, with the exception of the treetop excursion. The 4D dynamic cinema is accessible but not on the dynamic seats, therefore, it is only possible to view the film in 3D.
Manual wheelchairs are available but you will be required to leave an identity document at the ticket office as a deposit.
Luggage lockers and ATM cash machines:
You will find a luggage locker area at the entrance to the park, as well as a cash machine.
In the event of bad weather:
The main attractions are indoors and there are several covered areas (greenhouses, covered terraces, shaded areas, etc.) in the park. Also, and in order to ensure that you do not have to curtail your visit, Terra Botanica ponchos are on sale at the parks’ shop.
Pets :
Pets (cats, dogs, etc.) are not permitted in the park.
Accommodation:
To organise your stay in Anjou, you will find useful information from the Anjou Departmental Tourism Committee on: www.anjou-tourisme.com, as well as at the Information Point at the Terra Botanica park’s shop.
