Our "éco-resto" offers its burger menu at a price of €9.90. It is available in 4 versions: diet, origin', exo and tradi. This menu is composed of :
a burger (diet, tradi, exo or origin')
+ delicious french fries or a small salad
+ 1 alcohol-free drink (€1 more for an alcoholic drink)
The Diet burger : alise bread, salad, tomatoes, mushroom galette, garlic cheese.
The Tradi burger : alise bread, salad, tomatoes, shredded beef, bearn sauce, Comté cheese
The Origin' burger : alise bread, salad, tomatoes, shredded beef, mushrooms, garlic butter, Comté cheese
The Exo burger : alise bread, salad, tomatoes, carrots, grapes, turkey farmer, curry sauce
We will also prepare in front of you large salads which are also available in 4 versions, including:
The Diet salad : lettuce, fresh and pickled tomatoes, cucumber, balls of mozzarella, mushrooms, pine nuts
The Origin' salad : lettuce, asparagus, fresh and pickled tomatoes, shredded chicken, Comté cheese, croutons
The Tradi salad : lettuce, fresh and pickled tomatoes, corn, shredded beef, onions, croutons
The Exo salad : lettuce, carrots, soja, grapes, shrimps, lemon
You can taste each salad in the "Vitalité" menu which is composed of :
- 1 large salad or 1 pie with some lettuce
- 1 gaspacho 20cl
- 1 alcohol-free drink (€1 more for an alcoholic drink)
The Tradi pie : Chicken, mushrooms,lettuce
The Diet pie : Vegetables, lettuce
And children will love their special menu at €6,00 with some chicken, 1 small salad or french fries, stewed apples and a 20cl drink.
For your dessert, to fill your sweet envy for your meal and for your break in the afternoon :

Our 420-seat restaurant, called the Veri Fraich®, at the heart of the first European park devoted to plants, has the original feature of being 100% fresh, 100% French and 100% natural…
100% fresh
The products used to prepare the dishes have been carefully selected and, therefore, are top quality. The bread for the hambur’verts is baked in a bread oven on site.
The meat is cooked in a roaster in front of the customers. The salads, seasoned and prepared on demand, guarantee incomparable freshness!

We have favoured the use of local suppliers for most of our products… Le Moulin de Sarré in Gennes for the flour, Bioloire in Maulévrier for the beef, La Rosée des Champs in Doué la Fontaine for a selection of vegetables…
The alise bread, traditional bread from Anjou, has been given a new lease of life. It provides the basis for all our hambur’verts.
When it comes to drinks, we have created our own sodas, all made in the Department: Fraich’Cola, Fraich’Limo… The apple juice is pressed in Champigné and, of course, the wine and beer come from the region of Anjou!
100% natural
Ecology and sustainable development are at the heart of our project.
All our packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable and customers and restaurant staff are asked to use the selective sorting waste facilities at the centre of the restaurant.
Restaurant open from 11 to 18:30. Midday service from 11:30 to 15:30.
