Visiting the park
In 2010, the park is open from 10 am to 7 pm from Saturday 10 April to Sunday 5 September
10 am to 6 pm from Monday 6 September to 3 November.

How much time should I plan for the visit?
You should plan half a day for an unaccompanied visit and an entire day to take full advantage of our attractions and activities.
What services and facilities are available if it is raining?
The main attractions are indoors and there are several covered areas (greenhouses, covered terraces, shaded areas, etc.) in the park. Also, and in order to ensure that you do not have to curtail your visit, Terra Botanica ponchos are on sale at the park’s shop.
Is there is a special welcome for school groups?
4 rooms, equipped for and adapted to children and their teachers, are provided in order to offer an educational approach to the park. You will find full details in our School Groups section.
Does Terra Botanica offer guided tours?
Since Terra Botanica is a theme park, visits to the park are intuitive. However, our teams are available inside the park to help you with any queries you may have.
Tickets
The adult ticket for children aged 13 years and over is €17.50 and for children aged from 4 to 12 years is €10. Children aged from 0 to 3 years enter free of charge but must have a ticket.
You may also buy a family ticket for €50 which provides access for 2 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 3 children, or 1 adult and 4 children. You will find details of this in our section Preparing your visit – Prices.
I’m a high school student, can I benefit from a student discount?
No, only student card holders may benefit from the reduced price of €13.50.
Who else can benefit from a discount price?
In addition to students, CEZAM card holders, job seekers and disabled visitors may benefit from the discount rate of €13.50, on presentation of the required documents of proof.
Can I benefit from discounts on the online reservations service?
No. In order that you present your documents of proof, it is only possible to buy discount tickets at the park’s ticket office.
I have a ticket but the date of validity has expired. Can I extend it?
No, dated tickets are only valid on the date shown on the ticket. These tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.
Can I buy my ticket on site without booking?
Yes, our ticket office is open during the park’s opening hours.
How can I offer Terra Botanica tickets as a gift without having to give an exact date for the visit?
You can buy undated tickets at the park’s ticket office and offer them whenever you want.
I want to know about the prices and advantages for groups.
For a group (more than 20 paying visitors), tickets for adults cost €13.50 and €9 for children aged from 4 to 12 years.

Getting to the park
The park is situated north of Angers, at exit No. 16 on the A11 motorway between Paris and Nantes, on the Cantenay Epinard road. To prepare your journey by car, click on the Google Maps link and find our GPS coordinates in our section Preparing your visit – Getting there.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Our car park is free. It is able to accommodate up to 650 cars, 25 coaches, and 32 camping cars. We also have an additional large capacity parking area.
Do camping cars have access to the car park and is there a service pedestal?
Camping cars are welcome at the car park. However, we do not have a service pedestal because the car park is locked and empty outside of opening hours.
What are the reception facilities for young children?
There are baby changing facilities in the park's main toilets (restaurant and entrance). Pushchairs may also be borrowed but you will be asked to leave an identity document as a deposit.
Can I leave the park during the day and come back later?
Yes, you can leave the park and return later provided that you present yourself at the park entrance.
Are pets welcome in the park?
No, pets are not authorised in the park.
Restaurant - Shop
There is a restaurant with a terrace in the centre of the park, as well as a takeaway point with a terrace at the entrance to the park. Picnic areas are also available.

Can I use my lunch vouchers in the park?
We accept lunch vouchers at the restaurant only. Holiday vouchers are accepted at the ticket office only.
Payment methods
We accept cash, bank cheques, postal cheques and credit cards. Holiday vouchers are accepted at the ticket office only and lunch vouchers are accepted at the restaurant only.
Which payment methods are accepted for the online reservation service?
We only accept credit card payment on the online reservation website.
Access and Services for Disabled Visitors
The park is designed to be fully accessible to mobility-impaired visitors. However, the large distances involved inside the park require that the person is accompanied.
Manual wheelchairs are available but you will be required to leave an identity document at the ticket office as a deposit.
What discounts are available for disabled visitors?
Disabled visitors benefit from the discount price of €13.50.
What attractions are accessible to disabled visitors?
All the attractions are accessible to mobility-impaired visitors, with the exception of the treetop excursion. The 4D dynamic cinema is accessible but not on the dynamic seats, therefore, it is only possible to view the film in 3D.
Professionals
Open all year, the business centre offers a 350 m² reception area, a 325-seater auditorium, 4 modular rooms for 80 to 100 people, a terrace, a 4,000 m² private garden and a catering area.
